We stained this floor a Jacobean dark oak stain and it took to this pine floor lovely. The client requested a high gloss finish and to see the mirrored look on such a beautifully sanded flat floor….perfection

We really liked the picture of this engineered wood floor. It was in the clients kitchen, right where they stand by the cooker. So naturally, this area became worn the most. You can see that just on the first sanding how much cleaner the floor looks already.
